- What is a decision?
- One answered question. A request with three questions uses three. Each decision covers up to 4,000 tokens of state (about 3,000 words); longer states count once more per started block.
- How much is included in a plan?
- Free is enough to try every judgment type. Starter has room for side projects, Pro six times that, Business thirty times. Your exact allowance, what you have used and a projection for the month are always in the console.
- What happens when the allowance is used up?
- Requests stop with a clear error — no surprise costs. You can upgrade in one click, or switch on “continue on my balance” so further requests are paid pay-as-you-go.
- How does the loyalty bonus work?
- Every full month you stay subscribed adds 5 % to your allowance, up to +50 % after 10 months. It carries over when you change plans and resets only when you cancel.
- Can I change or cancel any time?
- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated; cancelling ends the plan at the end of the period.
- Are failed requests charged?
- Never. Invalid requests, rate limits and model errors cost nothing.
- What about VAT?
- Prices exclude VAT. It is calculated for your country and added at checkout.
